Discover Coffee Beverages The perfect
caffè latte.

For anyone who finds a cappuccino too strong, there's a milder version: the caffè latte. Incidentally, its Portuguese version is called galão and is usually served in a glass.

A caffè latte is a variation of the cappuccino with even more milk.

Here's how to make this classic dish:

  1. Brew an espresso. To make sure there's enough room for the milk, the cup should hold 220–300 ml.
  2. Froth 200–220 ml of milk.
  3. Pour the frothed milk over the espresso.

Pro tip: Don’tfroth the milk when it’s too hot, or the milk proteins will curdle and affect the flavor.

We recommend the following preparation methods: portafilter machine or fully automatic coffee maker
